Friday and Saturday, January 7 & 8, Ground Zero Dance Company presents a new group work by choreographer Katharine Birdsall accompanied by Peter on the cello. Part of a COMPANY ASSEMBLED, a concert of choreography by Ray Eliot Schwartz, Paule Turner, Karl Anderson/Kate Weare, James Frazier, Heather Maloney, Katharine Birdsall, and others. Proceeds benefit the development of Rob Petres's Moment of Flight, which will be performed in Charlottesville at Live Arts sometime in the future.

Friday, December 17, Zen Monkey Project presents new work by choreographer Katharine Birdsall with Peter Markush on cello, at Studio 11 (the old 2nd St. Gallery) in the McGuffy Art Center (201 Second Street, NW; Charlottesville, VA) at 6:15 PM, 7 PM, and 7:45 PM. $5. New group, solo, and duet work.
Friday and Saturday, December 3 & 4, Peter accompanies Katharine Birdsall on cello in a 5-minute solo dance work in the Maxwell Theatre downstairs in Piedmont Virginia Community College 's V. Earl Dickinson Building, part of an entire concert of solo dance works. 7:30 PM $10 adult, $8 senior, student.
